For almost three years I have been fortunate to have Northwest Pools
as my pool service company. Each week a friendly and capable
representative from Northwest pools cleans the pool and makes sure that
all the equipment is in working order. If there are any mechanical
problems or other issues with the pool or the equipment, Bill Pierucci
or other members of the family owned business will contact me promptly.
If the repair is in their expertise they will fix it for a reasonable
price or refer me to someone who is a very knowledgeable in that
particular field. They have also given me referrals for other aspects
besides the pool such as landscaping and lighting.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend Northwest Pools for it's pool
expertise, congenial staff and excellent service. Please feel free to

Please feel free to take pictures of the pool but right now the backyard
around the pool looks a lttle scrubby. They're supposed to start
cleanning and planting that area around March 15. Please feel free to
do what you want back there and whenever you want.

Hi Bill,

I just wanted to thank you again for all of the beautiful work on our pool.  Although it's been completed for more than a month, we still can't believe it's our “old” pool.  Everything runs perfectly and it is lovely to look at and swim in.  I really appreciate all of your advice and recommendations for our project.  I know that you helped make the project better and saved us some money too.  We both love the weeping wall. It has added so much to the pool. The pebble sheen finish and coping is beautiful too. It looks like a newly built pool.  Please tell your crew that Brian and I are very pleased with the quality of the work and their professionalism.  I know that every day they were here, they worked so hard and left everything neat and tidy.  You know that my husband Brian has a strong attention to detail and you noticed every  little tiny thing not up to your high standards before he did.  Everything was taken care of and perfect when it was done. Many of our neighbors have been by to see the pool and are very impressed.  We are happy to recommend Northwest Pools anytime. Thank you again for everything.

Dear Bill,

I'm writing to let you know  how thrilled  my family and I are with our “New” pool.  I could not have  imagined  such a transformation  was possible.
Your crews were   just the best and  worked incredibly hard  to complete the project right on schedule.  They  were  required to cut out part of the
deck and the old coping before they could replace the tile, create a gorgeous stacked  rock coping, and replaster with Pebble Sheen.  Considering
all of this, I was amazed to be swimming  just  two weeks after they started!  I love the Pebble finish  and so does everyone who sees it.  The whole
project was so painless  (for us) and the results  so gratifying, I wish we had remodeled years ago.  Thanks  to you and your crews for turning our
homely old pool into into something truly special!
